Terms of Service & Engineering Warranty
Effective: October 17, 2026 • Standard Client Contract Terms
1. Scope of Work (SOW) & Fixed-Price Guarantee
All software engineering, theme architecture, and web application projects commissioned through Xiophider are executed under a written Scope of Work (SOW). The quoted project price and milestone delivery timeline are locked and guaranteed. Changes to functional specifications during active sprints are managed through transparent, agreed-upon scope amendment addendums.
2. Communication Protocols
We provide direct craftsman access: our clients collaborate directly with senior engineers with 8+ years of production experience. We do not insert non-technical account managers or account executives into technical planning discussions.
3. Milestone Payments & Delivery Sprints
Standard sprints are structured across verifiable milestones (e.g. Initial Prototype, Core Feature Integration, Speed & Security Staging, Live Production Cutover). Milestones are released only after client staging sign-off.
4. 30-Day Launch Warranty
Every deployment delivered by Xiophider includes a complimentary 30-day post-launch warranty covering any bugs, defects, or deviations from the signed SOW, resolved with priority turnaround at zero additional fee.
